problems were with hydraulic design
and construction material. To solve the
problems, 200ZJ-I-A60 pumps with
expeller made by

were used to replace the old pumps.
The results are:

The
problem was due to high NPSHr of the
old pumps. To solve the
problem, 250ZJ-I-A75 pumps made by
Shijiazhuang Industrial Pump Factory
were used to replace the old pumps.
By replacing the old pumps, not only
the vibration problem has been
solved, but also the pump service
life has been improved to about
twelve months from six months and
the pump efficiency to 76% from
